An explorer of the wilderness since childhood, Don has expressed his love of nature in his plein air paintings, often seeking the scenic and wild areas of California's coast and nature preserves as well as Alaska for his settings. In particular he emphasizes "the amazing light at all times of the day and night," painting at sunrise, sunset and in the moonlight. An artist member of the California Art Club as well as the American Impressionist Society. Locals love his work, as do collectors.
Born in Argentina, a painter, Rodolpho was trained as an architect. He came to the U. S. to further his art studies. An active exhibitor, and award winner, he is an artist member of the California Art Club. He finds painting nature "is a way to connect with timeless simple values such as seeing the connection of everything in Creation." Multimedia artworks: plein air, pastel, and portraits.
