It is exciting to share the 2019 Palos Verdes Homes Tour with supporters and friends of the Palos Verdes Art Center, local residents, and visitors to the South Bay. Take a moment to read about your Tour day to enjoy it to the fullest.
Dates and Times
Friday, March 29 & Saturday March 30, 2019
Tours begin at 9:00 a.m. (according to your ticket purchase). Buses begin loading 10 minutes prior to Tour time on ticket.
Shopping is open 10 am–4 pm. Public is welcome (no ticket necessary).
Purchase your ticket for the day you plan to have lunch. Luncheon is included in the price of your ticket.
You lunch features the return of our three charming lunch helpers, eager to make your homes tour experience a memorable one.
This year thoughtful planning has gone into coordinating shuttles for your comfort and convenience. Shuttles will transport you from the PVAC to the Tour Homes and back to the PVAC.
Where to Start
Limited parking is available at PVAC, 5504 Crestridge Rd., Rancho Palos Verdes and also at the Peninsula Community Church, 5640 Crestridge Rd., Rancho Palos Verdes (300 yards further up the same side of street.)
Street parking also available.
Volunteers will be on site to direct you to the shuttles that will be taking you to the Tour homes. You may want to arrive a few minutes early, if you want to be on the first shuttle.
Collected Treasures and Designer Boutiques
All of these activities are located at the Palos Verdes Art Center and available from 10 am – 4 pm each day. PVAC entry is FREE for shoppers not attending the Tour.
A separate Collected Treasures Opening Night Party is being held at the PVAC on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 from 4 pm - 7 pm. Entry is $20 at the door. Price includes delicious hors d’oeuvres and complimentary wine, and first choice of all the collectibles for purchase.
Credit cards, checks and cash are accepted for purchases at all events.
Tour Rules to Live By
Please, no cameras, pets, food, children under 12, or high-heeled shoes. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended
Large bags must be checked at the door of each home.
The homes and gardens have many steps and are not handicap accessible.
